(Top): One of my first landings at cape Kiwanda. I'm applying about 50% brakes at this moment but in the next moment will go to 100% brakes and start running so that I land running, in control of the wing, and ready to deflate it. I've flown down from the dunes in the background. (bottom) More ground handling: I've stabilized the inflated wing and now turned to simulate a take-off run. On the 27th of August I made four reverse inflations with clean takeoffs and landings. Ground handling is done throughout a pilot's career to always keep up the skill.
